• The item was not marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase.

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage for your return shipment.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any shipping charges, within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

5. Exchanges

6. Non-Returnable Items
